Bilingual French cooking workshops

In association with the Alliance Française de Manchester, 63 Degrees French restaurant is offering exclusive specially designed bilingual cuisine workshops. You will learn how to prepare two dishes (a starter and main course or a main course and dessert) while practising your French in a friendly atmosphere. The workshop will begin with a demonstration by French Chef Éric Moreau, continue with a practical class, and end with the chance to sit down and enjoy the meal you have prepared, together with wine to complement it. Whether you are a gourmet connoisseur or simply interested in finding out about more about French cuisine, this is the perfect opportunity to enjoy an insight into the French way of life and to create a meal you can be proud of.
