Adult group Courses

Our French classes run year-round and there are options at all levels - from beginner to very advanced. They are taught by qualified, native-speaker French teachers. 

  • If you are a complete Beginner, you can enrol directly on a class below.
  • If you have learned French with us before, please enrol below or via your student portal account. 
  • If this will be your first French course with us and you are not a complete beginner, please book an online level consultation before enrolling.
  • If you are a returning student who has taken a break of more than one year, you will also need to book an online level consultation.

The level consultation costs £7 which will be deducted from the price of your French lesssons if you enrol within 12 months.

In this course, you will intensively refresh key language notions and topics covered in the Higher levels. It is for you if you are returning to French after a break or need a bit of structured revision before moving on to one of our Higher Conversation classes. If you are looking for an extra challenge, this class will also help you prepare for the DELF B2 exam.

Pre-requisite: Higher 6 or above, or level assessment.

In this special class for advanced-level students, you will fine-tune your French listening, reading, writing and speaking skills, working towards expressing yourself on an ever-wider range of topics, with greater finesse and nuance and a higher level of accuracy. If you are looking for a challenge, this course will also help you prepare for the DALF C1 exam.

Pre-requisite: Teacher advice or Level assessment.
