About the movie 🎬
A political thriller from writer/director Mehdi Fikri, focusing on an immigrant family in France. Fikri worked for years as a journalist, investigating police brutality, working-class neighbourhoods, and social movements. This film is his directorial debut.
Following the death of her younger brother during a brutal police intervention, Malika embarks on a legal battle to ensure a trial takes place. However, her quest for truth jeopardizes the stability of her family.
