Les Châteaux Cathares / Cathars Castels

We are delighted that Fabienne Manele, a French speaker, author, and member of the National Federation of Interpreter-Guides, will once again give us a free online conference on Cathars Castels. The Cathar castles are candidates for UNESCO World Heritage listing under the name 'Citadels of Vertigo.' Fabienne Manele, a licensed national guide who spends most of the year abroad but returns to Occitanie whenever she's back in France, will share insights into their history and the meaning behind this debatable name.
