Come experience the benefits of pilates ... in French!
We are very pleased to be able to offer this
FREE pilates taster session, held by qualified instructor Sophie
Huin-Boissard.
The session will be held in French suitable for
B1/B2/C1 speakers - imagery and cues will be in French
exclusively, spoken with native speed and fluency.
What is pilates? This is a popular form of low-impact exercise
that strengthens the core, improves flexibility, and enhances overall body control through precise, controlled movements.
The
class is
suitable for all levels of pilates, with
progressions and
regressions available.
Please ensure you bring:
- A yoga mat/similar
- A bottle of water
- Socks
- Comfortable clothing to move around in
Places are limited to 12 people. We will accept 3 waiting list places, to be booked by sending an email to event@afmanchester.org, on a
first come first served basis.
Please note pilates is a gentle form of exercise but exercise nonetheless. This activity is undertaken at your own risk, and neither the
