Why is Lyon considered to be the world's gastronomy capital? During this workshop, you will discover Lyon via the history of its traditional
cuisine, chefs and Michelin-starred restaurants. You'll study a recipe by Paul Bocuse and finally taste a Cairanne Côtes du Rhône,
from Boutinot.
Recommended level: A good level of spoken French (B2+/C1). No level test required.
