How do I book a class swap?
Please select the level you want a class swap for from the drop-down below. This will show you which courses you could swap to, their
location and time. Then just complete the form at the bottom of this page. We will then contact you to confirm your class swap booking or
contact you if further information is needed.
How many times can I do it?
You can do up to two class swaps free of charge per course, at any point during the duration of your course. For instance, if you are booked
on an 8-week course, but you know you will miss two dates, you can make up those classes in the same week, or in the last week of your
course.
How many hours of teaching do I get for a class swap?
We arrange class swaps on a class for a class basis, regardless of the duration of your booked course. For instance, if your course is
usually 2h30 classes, and your class swap is just 1h30 hours, that will count as one class swap.
When can I book a class swap?
With regards to arranging the class swap, you can ask for a class swap from the first day of your session onwards.
We cannot guarantee the allocation of class swaps less than 48 hours in advance of your chosen class swap. This is to
ensure the teacher has time to prepare extra materials for you accordingly. Class swaps remain dependent on availability and we
highly recommend booking in advance
of your absences where possible to ensure you can catch up at a time that best suits you.
